MAKI Apartments
This project involved the comprehensive maintenance and optimization of an integrated security system, combining CCTV surveillance and an electric perimeter fence to ensure continuous protection and system reliability. On the surveillance side, the work included inspection and servicing of cameras, DVR/NVR units, and network infrastructure. Cameras were cleaned, repositioned where necessary, and tested to restore optimal image clarity and coverage. System diagnostics were performed to resolve issues such as signal loss, recording failures, and connectivity interruptions, ensuring consistent monitoring and storage performance. For the electrical fence, the maintenance focused on restoring full operational efficiency of the perimeter security. This involved testing the energizer output, checking grounding effectiveness, repairing damaged or loose wires, replacing faulty insulators, and clearing vegetation causing voltage leakage. The alarm system and backup power components were also tested to guarantee reliability during power outages. Overall, the project ensured that both systems operated seamlessly, improving security coverage, minimizing downtime, and extending the lifespan of the installed infrastructure.
